This is a specialty shop for piadina, a thin pancake wrapped with ingredients without using yeast for fermentation. However, this time I tried a panini. The combination of ham and two types of cheese on a soft, focaccia-like bread was delicious. Unlike a ciabatta panini, it had a simple and gentle flavor. It would be even more delicious when paired with wine. View all feedback.
