But they are open! ^_^ I had ramen and half yakisoba. It's delicious as always! When you take a sip of the ramen soup, your heart feels at ease. The reliable flavor of Tsugaru! The color is light, but the bonito flavor and saltiness are strong. It's good for preventing heatstroke in the summer! The restaurant is so hot that you wonder if the air conditioning is working! When you go outside, it's much cooler, haha. Quite a few people eat inside the restaurant and then take yakisoba to go. There are many tempting menu items, but I always end up choosing yakisoba and ramen. I want to try all the menu items someday.

The simplicity of only using pork belly and onions as toppings was fantastic. The curry had a Japanese-style flavor and was also tasty. I would definitely like to visit again when I have work in the area.
