The tonkotsu culture is known for its rich and flavorful soup, but this ramen had a light and elegant broth. The noodles were made from whole wheat, giving them a chewy and springy texture that I found very satisfying. After eating, I felt great - no heaviness or lingering aftertaste - confirming that this ramen is indeed healthy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends. Plus, they have WiFi and the service is speedy.
