The owner apparently used to run a yakitori restaurant in Tokyo. After the East Japan earthquake, it seems that they opened this restaurant as a form of support for recovery efforts. My favorite dish is the appetizer, with hardly any misses and the meat jagar being particularly delicious. The husband and wife run the restaurant together, with the husband handling the cooking.
