ひろ Měi Shí Táng - 三春町

I was taken to this restaurant by my boss for the first time. I ordered the recommended miso tanmen. It had just the right amount of garlic and was quite delicious.

I tried the recommended miso tanmen. The soup probably had grated garlic in it, as it had a strong garlic aroma and a hint of spiciness from the garlic, making it delicious! The crunchy vegetables paired well with the thick noodles. It was a very warming ramen. I arrived just before lunchtime and the restaurant quickly filled up with customers. The katsudon also seemed to be popular.

The miso tanmen here is seriously addictive lol. The strong garlic flavor is great, right? It's the first time I've liked a flavor other than tonkotsu lol.
