As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is quite unique. It's a bit unusual to have no photos allowed and to have to request condiments. I think some people may not like this kind of service, but it may be necessary due to the COVID-19 measures.
The taste is truly exceptional. Shirakawa Ramen? It's always crowded whenever you go. It's popular and that's one reason it's so busy, but I also think it's because the food takes a long time to come out. They don't allow photos, so I can't post any, but I wonder how other people manage to take them? Ramen is ¥700.
