I visited this restaurant for the first time because I heard they offer a special beef bone ramen. The seating options are limited to tatami tables and a counter, and the capacity is not very large since the owner manages the restaurant by themselves. The ramen soup comes in various flavors such as shoyu, miso, salt, white, red, etc. There are also toppings like plum for the salt ramen and butter for the miso ramen. It might be a good idea to try different types of ramen to find your favorite. I tried the shoyu, salt, and miso ramen, and all of them were delicious. The one where I could taste the beef bone the most was the shoyu ramen. The owner's hospitality is polite, and I believe it is a comfortable place to enjoy a meal.
I enjoyed the beef bone ramen. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was managed by only one staff member. The chashu was thick and delicious. The noodles were medium thickness and smooth, making it easy to eat. I've had beef bone ramen in this area before, but the noodles were thinner and lighter there. It's fun to try different places for the same dish as each one has its own unique flavors and noodles. This restaurant had a counter seating for 4 and 2 tatami rooms. Just for reference.
