Unfortunately, they had a limited supply of mackerel that day and did not have mackerel sashimi set, only offering a regular sashimi set instead. I visited around 11:50 on a weekday and was able to enter without waiting in line. The mackerel was incredibly fresh and delicious, unlike any I had tasted before. I also tried the grilled eel dish, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and very flavorful.

On the day of my visit, I ordered the mackerel sashimi set and the mackerel tataki set. The flavors were exceptional, with a burst of umami from the first bite. The tataki had a more refined taste. The grilled mackerel sushi was also superb. I can no longer consider the supermarket version as grilled mackerel sushi. Everything was delicious, and I will definitely come back. I... read more I stopped by because I wanted to eat fresh mackerel. Unfortunately, it seems that mackerel is in short supply, so the mackerel menu was suspended on that day. I was able to eat a small amount of mackerel sashimi set, and it was delicious. The other tuna and sea bream were quite ordinary. The grilled mackerel sushi had a texture that melted and disappeared in the mouth. It's quite fatty, so it might be better to share it with a few people.
