The chewy noodles paired perfectly with the soup. The white sesame tantan noodles had a Sichuan flavor that enhanced the spiciness with a fragrant taste. I couldn't help but be addicted to it! The restaurant's decor is old and the temperature is high, with the owner managing everything alone and sweating profusely.

There is a paid parking lot right in front of the restaurant. I wonder if they are a member store? I wasn't charged for parking.

There is no dedicated parking lot for this restaurant, but there is a shopping street parking lot (about 20 spaces) across the road. It is rare these days to find a parking lot with an attendant, and when I spoke to the attendant, they asked, "Are you going to Miso Gen?" It seems like this parking lot might be for the exclusive use of "Miso Gen". I found out that if you dine at "Miso Gen", the parking fee is free. The interior of the restaurant has around 5 counter seats and 3 table seats. I visited around noon on a holiday and it was almost full. Since this restaurant is single-handedly operated, I quickly ordered the special miso butter ramen (920 yen) and the special miso ramen (810 yen) when there was a moment of availability. The dishes arrived in about 10 minutes. The noodles were slightly thin and curled, tangling with the soup. The bean sprouts were crunchy and the soup had a rich flavor. The chashu was average. There was more volume than I expected, and it was a satisfying meal. As I left the restaurant, there was a line of about 6 people outside. I will definitely visit again.
