Was すずきたろう(まーくん) at いぶき a mag?
My recommendation is the "Original Ibuki Ramen", but personally I prefer the "Light Soy Sauce Ramen". The "Original Ibuki Ramen" is pork bone based, but it looks like a normal soy sauce ramen at first glance. However, when you taste it, it is light yet still has a rich pork bone flavor. Did I just have tonkotsu ramen soup? From the looks of it, I thought it would be light, but it had a nice punch to it. It had a lot of oil, but for some reason I finished every last drop of the soup. It was delicious.

So, after finishing work, I was invited to go for ramen in Higashikawa. Thinking, "Ah, Higashikawa ramen," I followed behind and found a small, typical rural ramen shop. The interior and exterior had no decorations at all. The appearance was so old that I wondered if they were really open as the worn-out noren flapped in the wind. I looked at the menu inside. At the top left, the words "Original Ibuki Ramen" were displayed. There was no choice but to order it. While waiting, local regular customers came in. The ramen arrived. There were no decorations at all. Char siu was included, at least. As I tasted it, it was so delicious. There was a mountain of garlic, but the soup was not overly cloudy. There were no unnecessary bean sprouts either. But it was so delicious. In Higashikawa, there is a nationally known ramen shop called "Higashikawa Ramen," but this ramen was completely different and delicious!
