The soup itself may be a little strong, but considering the balance between the noodles and the soup, it feels like if the soup were to be lighter, the noodles wouldn't mix as well, so the current level seems just right. This time, I ordered the pork salt ramen and fried rice set after a long absence. The taste of the pork salt ramen is as good as ever. The noodles are firmly intertwined with the slightly strong soup, maintaining an exquisite balance. The fried rice is a bit disappointing, lacking the fluffy texture it used to have.
