Bar Pun is a hidden gem — literally. This speakeasy-style bar isn’t the easiest to find, but once you’re in, you’ll be glad you made the effort. The space is cool and intimate, with a playful yet polished vibe that matches their creative cocktail menu. The standout drink for me was the peanut butter-flavoured cocktail topped with a paper-thin slice of pork jerky. It might sound unusual, but it was absolutely amazing — rich, savory, and just the right touch of fun. Everyone at the table tried it and ended up finishing it for me after one round of sips! Bar Pun nails the balance between concept and execution — a great spot for those who love inventive drinks and a touch of mystery. Definitely worth hunting down while you’re in Taipei.
