Nice small shop. Owner was very informative, seemed really passionate about coffee, and provided amazing service! Upon the owners recommendation, I bought Costa Rica, Guatemala, and the Sinonome beans and all 3 were amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, eat-in is currently canceled. He taught me a lot of things, including how to store coffee beans.
Hide-san is very kind, knowledgeable and a master roaster by all means. The pour-over was delicious. For some reason finding Ethiopia beans is difficult in Tokyo, and he has them. In fact he has quite a selection.
