It is not greasy and you can tell the careful preparation that went into it. The light taste is enhanced by the savory miso and ginger flavors, making it easy to eat without getting tired. During lunch hours, it can get very crowded and you may have to wait for over 30 minutes, but the wait is definitely worth it for any of their dishes. The hygiene standards in the restaurant are also excellent."

I added spicy oil and lemon juice to the yakisoba with five ingredients in a thick sauce, and finished it off with a spray of "Shottsuru"! The enjoyable harmony was delicious. Despite being very crowded, the fast serving of the dishes is also a plus point!

I love plate udon, and this was one of the best plate udons I've ever had. The shottsuru broth that you can customize with soy sauce or other flavors was excellent.
