During a tour from Yabakei through Kuju to Kujū, I visited this restaurant where a cheerful mama welcomed me. I tried their champon, which had a light and refreshing taste with a soy sauce and sauce-based broth, crunchy vegetables, and well-balanced ingredients. The seasoning was so delicious that I felt like I could eat it endlessly. Although the exterior of the restaurant seemed old and in a remote location, I hesitated to enter, but I soon understood why it has been operating for many years. They seem to have a variety of other menu items as well, so I would like to revisit this restaurant if I have the chance.
I recommend the hormone iron plate! The miso flavored sauce is delicious. It will make you want a beer.
