I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. I tried their monthly special, a thick tonkotsu shoyu ramen. I initially thought it might be similar to Jiro-style ramen, but it had a more refined impression. The broth was rich, the noodles were well-coated and it was very delicious! View all feedback.
