This restaurant has the same system as the typical Kame Udon restaurants, but the noodles here have a nice texture and the broth is elegant and delicious. I had the Niku Kamatama Bukkake Udon and even though I don't eat udon noodles often, I enjoyed it until the very last bite. The Chikuwa and Toriten were also crispy and delicious. View all feedback.

I had the Niku Kamatama Bukkake Udon and even though I don't eat udon noodles often, I enjoyed it until the very last bite. The Chikuwa and Toriten were also crispy and delicious.
There may be a line outside before opening, but the turnover is fast so the wait isn't too long. The udon noodles have a great texture and are worth eating. The broth is made from dried bonito flakes, but it is not too overpowering and you'll want to finish every last drop because of how skilled the flavors are.
I tried the cold Bukkake udon. The udon noodles were tender and delicious, and the broth had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. On February 10, 2019, I had the Kake udon in large size. The portion was smaller compared to average restaurants, but the freshly fried anago tempura I ordered was cheap and tasty. On February 11, 2020, I ordered the large size Zaru udon. The portion was small for me, so I ordered two large sizes and ate them. It was just right, haha. The anago tempura was still delicious as always.
