Their traditional Chinese noodles have a rich oiliness to them, making them slightly rich. Thanks to this, you can enjoy them piping hot until the very end. The taste is simple yet enduring, making it a flavor you could eat every day without getting bored. The menu consists of Chinese noodles, large serving Chinese noodles, and two rice dishes. Although not on the menu, you can also order Char Siu noodles. This restaurant is quietly tucked away in a rural residential area. The parking lot is located next to the restaurant and opposite it, but it may be hard to find, so it's best to ask the staff for directions.

There were photos of the shop owner's appearance on TV inside the shop. The taste is truly nostalgic, like traditional Chinese soba. The Showa retro atmosphere inside the shop is also wonderful. It's a shop that I want to continue to support, with a rare pricing of 650 yen even for a large serving. Keep up the good work!

You can taste the traditional Chinese-style noodles here. The broth is mainly made from animal-based ingredients and no oily ingredients are used. The cha-shu pork is also tender. The simple toppings like bamboo shoots, fish cake, and cha-shu are nice. The curly medium-thick noodles go perfectly with the broth. The prices are reasonable, but I heard that they will increase by 50 yen starting July 2022.
