I stayed at this restaurant for two nights. The ingredients were of high quality and the skills of the chef were outstanding. I enjoyed the delicious food. I would like to make another visit when I have the chance. View all feedback.
This restaurant has been in business for over 40 years at Hidakatsu. You can enjoy the hospitality of a mother speaking in Tsushima dialect and the exquisite cuisine of the father. The atmosphere where customers can become friendly with each other is good. It was interesting to hear various stories about Tsushima. [Food & Drink] Sashimi such as golden conger eel from the west coast of Tsushima, tempura, and grilled fish can be ordered a la carte or as a set meal. The "Recommended Set Meal" includes sashimi, tempura, a small side dish, rice, and miso soup for 2,000 yen. The volume and cost performance are amazing. There are also Tsushima specialties such as "tonchan" and "rokube." [Seating, etc.] Counter seats 6 to 7 seats, Sunken kotatsu seats Two 4-person tables Maybe? This warm restaurant offers a chance to enjoy local ingredients and interact with the local elderly. If you want to hear the local dialect during your trip, I recommend having a meal here! The food is truly delicious, and I want to come back here monthly.
