I heard that the noodles are less likely to get soggy when taken out, so I brought them home with great interest, and sure enough, they were just as springy when I opened them at home! The containers have been renewed as well, now featuring a two-tier design to keep the noodles and soup separate. Linga Hut's seriousness towards takeout is evident. Although not pictured, the plate of udon I took home at the same time was crispy like freshly fried noodles. If my favorite thick noodle dish also becomes available for takeout, I will give it 5 stars.

The gyoza has a thin skin and is small, but it's delicious and light. I'm happy that it comes with yuzu pepper. The free extra rice is also a bonus.
