The parking lot is located... read more I have been living in Hatchobori for about 10 years and finally had a chance to visit this restaurant that has always caught my eye! The parking lot is located next to a lawmaker's office across the train tracks. The interior of the restaurant has a nostalgic atmosphere. It's not a fancy place, but they pay attention to details like partitions, vinyl curtains, and sanitization. I did wonder if the vinyl tablecloths were really necessary... The food was just as I expected - delicious! I tried the soul food of Chiba prefecture, "namerou" and "iwashi no umeshiso makia age." I also had some nigiri and natto rolls. The miso soup was especially tasty! I usually thought it was quite crowded, but today it was empty and only a few groups came in later. The seating is limited, so it might fill up quickly. Being right next to the train tracks, it's natural that you can feel the train passing by. The noise wasn't too bothersome though. I would definitely like to go back again!

Regarding consumption tax, even when taking out, it includes packaging and container costs, making it the same amount as eating in the store. This time, I took out nigiri sushi and sashimi set meal. It was delicious as reputed. Additionally, when taking out the sashimi set meal, the sashimi was packed separately from the bento box, in a styrofoam container like those sold at supermarkets.
