Once you've eaten here, you won't be able to eat takoyaki from any other restaurant for a while. You can choose your toppings, like mentaiko, green onions, and mizuna. They ask that you please refrain from paying with a 10,000 yen note, so make sure you have the exact amount before visiting. When placing your order, please don't try to order from the window like I did on my first visit (laughs).

The sauce isn't too thick or overpowering, it doesn't soak too much into the takoyaki, which sets it apart from other places in my opinion. The green onions have a strong and distinct flavor, they definitely did a good job with those. I took it to go in my car and the smell was amazing the whole way home, I couldn't resist and had to pull over to eat some in the car. When you open the lid, the aroma of the broth and the grilled green onions hits you, and when you take a bite, the flavor explodes in your mouth. Probably the best thing I've eaten recently. It's a shame it's not closer to my house. The menu at the restaurant is quite extensive, so I'm sure everyone, whether kids, women, or myself, can find something they like. I highly recommend this place. Everyone should give it a try. I wish they would open a location in Osaka too!
