The interior of the restaurant, from the decor to the cutlery, has a unified feel and a clean, sleek beauty reminiscent of a Muji store, creating a stylish atmosphere that doesn't feel like your typical ramen shop. The tantanmen is delicious and not too spicy. I was surprised by the recent addition to the menu, the tomato and mozzarella cheese cooked noodles, which had a pasta-like flavor and was delicious, but I still think the best option here is to go for the Chinese soba. The side menu's mini omelette is not actually mini, it's large!! The taste is also well-balanced.
