Yes, it's pricey but so is everything at the airport. Not because they want to rip-off but because the rents are also very high. Let's talk about the restaurant now. When I walked by, there were not many guests sitting inside. I didn't let me get irritated by this and the staff overly friendly tried to get me in, which I kind of ignored. I knew I wanted to have sushi and the place a few meters off isn't really to a high quality. Staff was very welcoming and checked on my wishes regularly. I picked to eat from the belt which might have been more expensive than just taking something a la carte. However it was delicious and I could try different things. The chef made every wish I picked from the menu, which is a large plus. Everything was fresh and very tasty. By the time I finished, I saw that many more people came to the shop. So being empty kept them from going there and someone just needed to do a start. Overall a good experience, nice staff, delicious food, everything was clean. I'll definitely go there again I have to wait for my flight at Bangkok airport. P.S.: I've had sushi Japanese cuisine all around the globe and this was definitely at the upper end of my experiences.
