One thing to note is that you need to have received both doses of the vaccine to enter the restaurant. It's based on self-reporting to the owner's questions, so you don't need to provide proof. The dedication to quality is strong, just like the taste. The owner was very friendly and talkative when approached. They explain about the soup and the flavors, which can be helpful for choosing the next menu. I think it's a condition born from valuing customers, but a stubborn style can be a double-edged sword, so I hope they lower the entry requirement to just one vaccine dose so that everyone can taste this soup.笑

I tried the tsukemen with a coupon and added an extra serving of noodles, and it was delicious with plenty of bonito broth that was thick and rich. The noodles were a bit thick, and I felt heavy in my stomach afterwards. They asked if I had traveled outside the prefecture, possibly as a COVID-19 precaution as others have mentioned. After reading comments later, I realized I might have been kicked out if I had been out of town. Despite the delicious bonito ramen, I thought excessive precautions would discourage customers from out of town from visiting, so it would be better to stop.

This is my third visit to the restaurant. I have tried the richly flavored dried sardine ramen, dried sardine dipping noodles, and dried sardine devil dipping noodles, and they were all delicious. I sometimes crave them unexpectedly. As others have mentioned, the measures against COVID-19 are strict, with temperature checks and confirmation of vaccination status being done orally. Previously, I saw other customers taking off their masks and chatting before their meals arrived. The owner kindly reminded them to wear their masks, but it was not in a harsh tone, and I didn't think it was a big deal.

コロナにかなり気を付けてる風の接客スタイルです。ここまで厳重なのは新蔵にある徳島保健所にいった時に思ったくらいです。ちょっとした書類出しにいったんですが廊下みたいなところで全対応してました余談ですが‥ 1ヶ月以内に県外いきましたか！！って聞かれます。 1ヶ月以内に県外行ってない時にお伺いしましょー＼ ^o^ ／ ここの店主さんなりに子供に喜んでもらうためにどうしたらいいのかなぁ‥とかプリン作ったり色々と試行錯誤してるようです。ラーメンに集中したほうがいいような気もしますが人それぞれですよね。 何かやろうとしてる感じをいつもうけます。チャレンジャーですね。
