This is a restaurant with a lively owner! They often appear at food stalls and such. Inside the restaurant, they sell frozen dumplings that are cooked before being sold, so you can take the dumplings home after they are cooked! I'm not sure if they're Taiwanese dumplings, but I really like the spicy dumplings. View all feedback.
