The appetizer was simmered beef tendons. It was exquisite! First, the rolled omelette, what can I say...it may be the best I've ever had! The Chanpon (noodle dish) was light and easy to eat. The omelette over fried rice was delicious. The baked tofu with spicy cod roe was a flavor I love. Even though I was full, I couldn't resist ordering the fried chicken.
