I happened to stop by while visiting Shikoku Karst. It was just before 2pm, and I was recommended to try the cheesecake that is usually sold out. I ordered it and was delighted by the fluffy cheesecake cream and the perfect sweetness of the sponge. I couldn't stop eating, but was told it's limited to one per person. If there were no limits, I would have stocked up. The ice cream was also fluffy and delicious, it may be the number one cheesecake and ice cream in the past. Unfortunately, Shikoku Karst was closed to traffic, but it seems to be empty at this time of year. It may be a remote place, but I would love to go back for the food someday.
I heard there was a delicious cheesecake in Shikoku Karst, so I went to try it. I was told that the quantity was limited, but since it was a weekday, I thought it would probably be okay. However, when we arrived at 11:30, there were only 2 pieces left. There were 4 of us, so 2 of us ordered the cheesecake and the other 2 ordered cup ice cream to share. The cheesecake was just as delicious as rumored, rich and creamy, truly exquisite. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was stylish and matched the surrounding scenery. Next time, I want to go early to have a piece for myself. When I asked for permission to take photos inside the restaurant, they said it was okay as long as no people were in the pictures, so I recommend asking for permission before taking any photos.
This is a highly popular restaurant known for its cheesecake. It sells out right after opening! The ice cream is also recommended.
