I ordered the carp set meal, kettle rice, tempura, and soba set. Despite the large number of customers, the wait time was short and the food was delicious.

Since I love freshwater fish, I didn't hesitate to order the salt-grilled rainbow trout and carp sashimi set meal. The miso soup was served in a cast iron pot with plenty of carp broth, just like in the old days. I finished it all beautifully. I'm happy because there aren't many restaurants that serve freshwater fish, aside from those that serve somen noodles.

The kama-meshi and soba were average, so I could have done without them. I think in the future, I will just stick to the carp set meal. Additionally, they have a souvenir shop with a wide variety of shochu, including some rare ones. It was a great place to sample different types of shochu.
