Dào のそば - 今帰仁村

I was able to get it ahead of time and it was very delicious. This is my go-to izakaya in Okinawa, where I asked about the difference between Sokisoba and Okinawa soba. It seems that the difference lies in the part of the meat. Also, it seems that the soup and noodles are the same.

I stopped by on my way from Churaumi Aquarium to Kouri Island. The Okinawa soba here is a bit rich and delicious. The staff kindly played with my child while I ate. Grateful for that. There are two tables in the tatami area, so it's also suitable for families with children.

Located near a peaceful road in Nakijin Village where time seems to flow slowly, we were the only ones there when we visited. This allowed us to chat with a friendly lady and create wonderful memories of our trip. The Okinawa soba was delicious and we even received a gift of brown sugar. Thank you very much. Just as we finished our meal, customers began to arrive one after another and the restaurant quickly became full. We were lucky to have come at such a good time.

美ら海水族館からパイナップルパークへ向かう道中、お腹空いた・・・なにか食べたいね？なんて言いながら車を走らせていましたが、平日の中途半端な時間だからか？やっていないお店もちらほら。 道の駅大好きな私にヒットした「道のそば」、これは寄らねばなるまい！ってことで入店。 ソーキそばを注文しました。 もずくの天ぷら、サービスで出てきたんだっけな？ まずはもずくの天ぷらが出てきまして・・・うま！えっ！？うま！！ 数日前に那覇の某嫁ニーの居酒屋で出てきたもずく天と雲泥の差じゃん！！！ これ、恐らく作り置きなんですが、物凄く美味しかったです。 肝心のソーキそばも美味しい。 透き通っている系のスープではなく、濁っている系ですね。 でも、さっぱりしています。 わたくし、こーれーぐすたっぷり入れる派なんで、結果的にさっぱりしてしまう感は否めませんが。 ほっこりしたいならおすすめできるお店でした。

通りすがりで立ち寄りました。 2月なのに扇風機がついていて、気持ちよかったです。 おそばも美味しかったけどジューシーが絶品 おばさん一人でされていて、次々とお客さんが入ってきていました。 また行きたいです。
