This time, the presentation was much better with a colorful arrangement that looked appetizing even before I tasted it. The dish was served on a glass plate with lettuce, topped with noodles, sliced ham, cucumber, shredded egg, simmered shiitake mushrooms, and vinegar soaked kikurage mushrooms beautifully arranged. The dish also had mini tomatoes, lemon for fragrance, and a single shrimp on top. It was a visually appealing dish with delicious flavors and a very flavorful broth.
