Zhǎng Qí Tíng - 志木市

I ordered Champon and Sara Udon at the restaurant. Both dishes were prepared by a chef from Nagasaki, the birthplace of Champon. Adding table pepper to the Champon increased its deliciousness. The Sara Udon, made with fried thin noodles in a sweet sauce, can be customized with table sauce and vinegar. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Whenever I go to Shiki City, I have lunch here at least once. They serve authentic Champon and plate Udon. The soup, noodles, and ingredients are completely different from what you can buy at the store. It's really delicious. The dumplings are also very good, a serving of 5 dumplings that you can easily finish. Are dumplings considered a drink? Seriously delicious! One thing that bothers me is that the seating area is quite limited, and the waitress will tell you to sit here or there... you can't sit wherever you'd like. Other than that, it's excellent.

I had known about this restaurant for a long time, but this was my first time going in. It is a slightly dim and calming place. I had the plum plate udon noodles. The owner recommended adding Worcestershire sauce, and it was delicious! The dumplings are also delicious on their own. The sesame tofu was surprisingly delicious and different from regular sesame tofu. It's a taste that makes you want to come back for more.

2017/05 訪問 以下を注文しました。 ・長崎ちゃんぽんの竹 普通 　[1,026円 麺はかなり柔らかい。 具は、キャベツ、もやし、あさり、海老、筍、キクラゲ、豚肉、かまぼこ、イカゲソ。 スープは薄味で優しい味です。 他のお客さんが注文した皿うどんの食べ方の説明を聞いてみると、ウスターソースをかけて食べるらしい。 え、それ試してみたかった。 店内はレトロな感じで、時計がたくさんかかっていました。

レトロなお店、壁に掛けられた多くの時計は同じ時間で止まってます 長崎ちゃんぽん 竹 を頂きました こちらでは、具材の量を松竹梅で表しています 松は具だくさん、竹は普通、梅は具少なめ やや薄味ですが、美味しいスープです 柔らかい麺とあってる感じ 駐車場は、お店前に3台
