My son, who commutes to Tokyo every day, leaves early in the morning and doesn't come home until late, so my homemade meals are the only food he usually eats. I wanted to change things up a bit for a special occasion, so I searched online for a place with a special atmosphere. While our neighborhood is surrounded by nature, walking into HACHISU's restaurant, I felt as if I was embraced by a sophisticated natural setting. The menu consists only of lunch courses, with both Japanese and Western options available. Each dish in the set showed a sense of style and was delicious. Even though my son is already an adult, the staff brought out a cake with candles, which made him visibly happy. The set also came with coffee, which was a good amount for a reasonable price. My husband even said he wants to bring his brother along next time.

The cuisine, as seen in the photos, is very elaborate and delicious. It is both gentle on the body and extremely tasty, leaving you feeling satisfied both mentally and physically. This is a top-notch restaurant worth visiting even from afar. I hope they continue to thrive for a long time. Reservations are required.

The view from the windows inside the restaurant is also of greenery, making you feel like you are in a lodge in the mountains. Today, I had the lunch menu with bread, and the mackerel sandwich was particularly delicious! Lunch is available until 2 pm, and it is limited to 20 servings. The lunch menu seems to change monthly, so those interested should go soon. I enjoyed the lunch menu with a cafe au lait and apple pie. Thank you for the delicious meal.
