Was のりめいそうるい at やのけん a mag?
First visit to this restaurant. I ordered the rich simmered dried fish flavored egg ramen. The noodles and soup made from dried fish stock blended well together and were delicious. I found the flavor easy to eat without any distinctive taste. It was lunchtime and later on, about 5 to 6 people arrived. About half of them ordered tomato-based dishes. I was intrigued so I plan to order a tomato-based dish next time. View all feedback.

I visited around 1pm on Sunday. The interior has a cafe-like atmosphere with a relaxed space where you can unwind. I was curious about the tomato ramen, but since it was my first visit, I decided to order the rich bonito ramen. The soup had a rich bonito flavor with a hint of yuzu that paired well with the bonito. The seasoned egg had a light flavor that complemented the rich soup well. The onion was also a nice touch. Overall, I thought the balance of flavors was great. I look forward to trying the tomato ramen next time.

Located behind Yanokuchi Station, this restaurant operates as both an izakaya and a ramen shop. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they are currently only serving ramen. I chose the Niboshi Ramen and Tomato Ramen, along with the special Tomato Ramen with cheese rice. The acidity of the tomato was stronger than I expected, but it was still delicious. The char siu was seared and had a slightly bitter taste from the char, but it was thick and satisfying to eat. The onions were a nice accent. The cheese rice was seared on the surface and was tasty on its own, but pouring the soup on it after finishing the ramen transformed it into a delicious risotto. The Tomato Ramen is often seen as a unique creation in various ramen shops, but many tend to be more like tomato soup pasta. However, this ramen shop's version was a true ramen dish. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a stylish bar atmosphere. It is not overly pretentious or expensive. There is no parking available, but paid parking is nearby.
