The staff is well aware of veganism ask for a soy latte !! Great coffee in the mountain area of Japan!! I loved it!!

It was very tasty, with chickpeas, kidney beans and some kind of soy mince, although not the biggest portion. There was a sign on the table to fill in a tourist satisfaction survey. If you do that and show the staff, you get a free coffee bag to take away. Friendly and welcoming staff.
