It's unfortunate that they don't open until 11:00, because their ramen is incredibly good. The owner chef is lovely, and the customers are all very friendly. I have never felt unwelcome or left out of conversation, even as an American. They have a variety of ramen options, with specials available regularly (last time I went, I tried their delicious shrimp broth ramen). They also offer draft beer at a reasonable price (500 yen).
