Hǎi カフェ タツノオトシゴ

The café has been renovated and reopened. It has become a lovely space with children's drawings and lots of picture books along one wall, creating a very soothing atmosphere. I took a stroll around the facility and found various activities such as a large lion statue, a tribute ship, Ryukyu ninja, power spots, playground equipment, BBQ facilities, and more. It is enjoyable not only for sightseeing but also for having a good time. Personally, I found feeding the goats to be a favorite activity (laughs).

At first, I felt unsure from the outside appearance and hesitated to enter, but the interior, food, and service were all wonderful and filled with kindness in this lovely café. I would like to visit again on my next trip. The view was great, with a spacious interior and comfortable sofas where you can relax. There were many picture books about the sea, and the delicious food made me feel the kindness of the person who made it. After eating, I read picture books with my children while lounging around. When I asked for recommendations, they kindly told me various things, and it was a fun time.

As others have mentioned, I was a bit unsure about the appearance of the restaurant, but it turned out to be unfounded. The interior is not spacious, but there are areas with adult sofas, children's play areas, and a wooden deck area with jazz music playing. There is a ramp from the entrance to the interior and wooden deck, so it is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. There are also English picture books available. This time, I only had a drink for a break. The prices are around 500-700 yen, which may seem a bit expensive, but the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was so cozy that we could have stayed all day if we had the time. It was reasonable for our family. I think I will come back for lunch next time if I have the chance.
