I don't eat okonomiyaki often so I can't compare it well, but the ketchup adds a hint of acidity that sets it apart from other okonomiyaki flavors, making it irresistible. The owner, who also cooks on the hot plate, is very efficient and attentive to customers, even when short-staffed. I felt comfortable dining alone, and enjoyed chatting with the regular customers, who were fun and friendly. I stopped by this restaurant on a business trip because the name caught my attention, and I wish it was closer to where I live because it was such a great find.
