The location is a bit hard to get to, but it was completely satisfying!! The owner took the time to explain each dish and it was truly delicious. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant was a bit tense depending on the owner's mood that day.

A selection of produce from Wajo and carefully chosen ingredients from all over Japan. The owner, with a cute smile, offers a selection of Japanese sake that is meticulously curated. The delicious dishes are full of creativity and passion, making you smile with every bite. The menu changes monthly, offering dishes worth coming back for every month.

It's been a while since my last visit. I enjoyed the carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Each dish has its own unique touch, and when you hear about the attentiveness that goes into preparing them, you can't help but want to savor each one. It may seem a bit luxurious for everyday use, but trying the food gives you a sense of value. It's a place you'd want to take someone special. The photo is from the March lunch course, priced at 2500 yen plus tax and service charge. The owner cooks the dishes alone, so it may take some time for them to come out when it's busy. However, if you take the time to savor each dish, you won't mind the wait. If you want to enjoy carefully prepared dishes at a reasonable price when you have the time, this is the place to go!!!

初訪問。 なかなか予約が取れないらしく楽しみにしてました。店主がひとつひとつ料理の説明をしてくれます。初めて見る食材もあるし、いつもの野菜も手間隙かけて料理されておりまさに、素材の味を楽しめます。お客さんは常連さんが多そうでした。土鍋のカニをカウンターから離れた私たちのテーブル席までわざわざ見せに来てくれたりサービスも気持ちよく上質な時間が過ごせます。 ランチは12時ちょうどに一斉に開始になりますので遅刻されないように。

行かせて頂くの２度目ですが料理が変わる毎に行きたくなる店です。 ご馳走様でした。
