I regularly order takeout from this place for my hotel staff, but after this incident, I will not be returning. This type of disrespectful behavior was also noted by other customers on TripAdvisor. It's clear that there are major customer service issues and a lack of proper training at this establishment.
The restaurant offers quick service and tasty chicken dishes at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
