It's still delicious... read more It's been a while since I had Fuchu-yaki. I saw it on a TV show for locals, but I have been eating it regularly since I lived in Hiroshima. It's still delicious. The minced meat is done very well. It was my first time at this restaurant, Furukawa Shokudo, and they have some creative dishes like the red noodles.
