Dinner is very good and delicate. the breakfast is traditional Japanese style. room is equipped with heating and cozy furniture. simply beautiful for 2 large luggage and 2 adult, very spacious. onsen is amazing, temperature exact and good. they will exchange the public bath from 0800 to 0830hr and from 2000 to 2030hr, need to learn after exchange. gift shop, is cut. should have done more in japan, but not so expensive.

Loved the irori meal and his atmosphere sit on a tatami around a traditional Japanese many! the room is average, but with the great dinner it is a great experience at a reasonable price. not many places offer irori cuisine

We drove to this ryokan so I can't talk how accessible it is with trains, but the place was very beautiful! one side of the baths has only one inside and one steam sauna, but the other side is really nice with an outside onsen. they also have private bathrooms that look really nice, but we didn't borrow it. they exchange between 8 and 830, so that they can experience both one day. the river/suwokyo is super close and beautiful to make a walk.
