I decided to try the Chiyagyu assortment of premium cuts and some individual hormone dishes. The premium cuts were beautifully marbled, though a bit tough for some older folks. The hormone dishes seemed to include some cuts from overseas as well. They only served non-alcoholic beverages. They had a tablet ordering system, but it didn't work for my first order for some reason. Overall, it was okay. They stop taking orders at 7:30 pm and close at 8 pm, likely for an evening rush.

When I arrived on a Sunday at 11:30, there was already a security guard managing the parking lot and I had to wait for about 10 minutes to park, as there were already around 20 groups waiting in line at the restaurant. Next to the restaurant, there was a direct market where I could do some shopping and pass the time. There were benches outside where I could sit and read a magazine I brought with me, and after about an hour, I was able to enter the restaurant. Inside, there were several 6-seat tables with a barbecue grill, but due to social distancing measures during the pandemic, only one group was allowed at each table, resulting in about 1/3 of the restaurant being empty despite the long line. (I was also seated alone at a table for 5) However, the food came out incredibly fast, within 5 minutes of ordering! Each table had a tablet for contactless ordering. I ordered the "Kalbi Don" (529 yen) for lunch, and it was not only delicious but also a great value for the price! I was able to pay with PayPay and left the restaurant feeling very satisfied. I definitely want to come back again next time!

Ordering is easy with a touch panel, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly.
