This is always my favorite bar in Taipei. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are great. They have a happy hour from 8pm to 10:30pm, but be sure to check their Facebook for the exact times before you go. View all feedback.

This restaurant is casual and relaxing with friendly people and delicious cocktails. It is a lovely place to enjoy a meal.

Cynthia makes a fantastic sidecar at a reasonable price. Happy hour starts around 9, highly recommend checking it out.
