If you don’t speak Japanese then don’t bother going place was empty and bartender said no.
The bartender was friendly and his drinks were only exquisite. this was a hidden exceptional cocktail bar under the huge options to visit in the corner!
Friendly, great whisky and beer selection, excellent atmosphere and cheap prices.
