Dà Xìng - 南足柄市

I tried the Shina-chiku char siu ramen. Even though it's char siu ramen, the main attraction is the shina-chiku, which is solid. The noodles don't overpower and the balance with the toppings is perfect. For those who may not have a strong stomach for ramen, they can still find satisfaction after eating this. The gyoza is flavorful with a rich garlic chive taste, and it seems like it was carefully thought out to balance well with the ramen. It doesn't overpower on its own, and the satisfaction and accomplishment of combining flavors is quite pleasant.

The parking lot has space for two cars in front of the restaurant, but I was able to find parking nearby. The restaurant is run by a married couple, and the service is excellent. There are 5 seats at the counter and two small 4-person tables. I ordered the Shina Chiku ramen, which had a delicious aroma and flavor with curly noodles, pork bone and chicken broth, and bonito. It was very tasty. I purchased the Shina Chiku ramen for takeout.

I tried the special stamina ramen (1,000 yen). The garlic flavor was really strong! It was very delicious. I would like to try the spicy ramen next time. I will definitely visit again!

ラーメンが食べたくなり行ってみたら、思っていた通りの美味しさに満足しました。 ２人で訪問し、特製スタミナ麺とシナチクチャーシュー麺を食べたました。 シナチクは甘さがあり、しっかりと存在を感じる美味しさです、またチャーシューはホロっと肉が厚めでこれも美味しかったです。 見た目ほど濃い感じではなく、くどくないスープに丁度良い量の一杯でした。 男性でたくさん食べたい方は大盛りの方が良いかもしれません。 店内は座敷席が２つとカウンターに６名程で満席になる広さなので、気になる方は状況を見て来店された方が良さそうです。

今回も特性スタミナ麺 小麦高騰のため、お値段も1,200円になりましたが相変わらず美味しいです。帰りがけに、お持ち帰りで 上シナチク100g 500円を 300g購入してきました。 自宅で美味しく戴きます
