Immediately upo... read more With full transparency I didn 't eat here. My friends and I from around the world were looking to enjoy sushi again for our last night in Japan. Immediately upon entering we were met with a gaijin . I know it 's not necessarily derogatory, but this was the first time I had heard it over my two weeks in Japan. Then immediately the sushi chef almost aggressively started asking (in English) how many people, and if I understood this was sushi. Raw fish. Which of course I did, I came here just for that. However with this brief interaction, I knew we had to pass. Compared to when we 've gone into restaurants where they spoke no English at all, I 'd found them far more welcoming than what I experienced tonight. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
