We loved the Ceviche, the Lomo and the Pulpo a lot, but quality of all dishes within the Menu was good to very good and excellent. Highly recommended to visit this small pearl to experience the beautiful haute cuisine from Peru. A reservation is adviced since rhe restaurant is and can be fastly booked to the fullest. Carlos was super friendly and we had a nice talk. I was only visiting Tokyo but I'm sure I'll repeat next time I'm back.
