I had requested to exclude the pancake part, but it was still included. The restaurant might not have been able to remove it, but I cannot say for certain. On a positive note, the meal was affordable.

The main language spoken was English, but I was able to communicate in Japanese to customize my okonomiyaki. I wish I could give this place five stars because they went above and beyond to meet my requests. The owner was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the food was so delicious that I ended up ordering another half portion!

Maybe I’m just paranoid and grossed out by the x contamination but my food was pretty bad (udon noodle oko) my husbands was a little better (soba oko). Communication was limited and I dunno. I just don’t vibe it. Tasted like egg. And smelt in there.

I showed them the vegan green card (in Japanese) and sadly they told me it was not possible to cater for me... Not sure what animal derived product they use but their vegan options don't seem to be vegan sadly.
