Definitely recommending this place to anyone. Food is delicious and comes in big portion. Their dried-fish plate is so delicious. I bought it home. Staffs are welcoming, non-english speaking yet helpful. View is amazing (beside the right side neighbor with all the trashes and cute dogs). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
